第七方物流（Seventh Party Logistics，7PL）第七方物流的概念由香港鑫亚集团股份有限公司董事长张长德先生（David Zhang） 在总结其18年创业经历基础上在2009年3月24日提出。The concept and theory of 7PL （r Seventh Party Logistics） was founded and proposed by Mr.David Zhang，Chairman of Kinya Group Holdings Limited（or Xinya） on 24th March，2009 based on his 18 years' business experiences.
