圣彼得堡交响乐团
与马林斯基剧院乐团、圣彼得堡爱乐乐团并列为圣彼得堡三大交响乐团。俄罗斯最富盛名的顶级交响乐劲旅，驰骋在西伯利亚广袤音乐大地上的奇骏，时值2015年世界反法西斯战争胜利70周年之际，拥有84年历史、曾经亲历过战火与硝烟岁月的圣彼得堡交响乐团展开首次访华巡演。
圣彼得堡交响乐团成立于1931年，起先他们只是列宁格勒广播电台辖下的小乐团，后逐渐扩展至一个大型交响乐团。在长年的广播直播节目中，乐团与包括穆拉文斯基、哈伊金、穆辛、康德拉申在内的不同的指挥家进行合作并积累了大量的曲目。
乐团成长
1953年，乐团成为列宁格勒爱乐协会大厅的常驻乐团，在两任首席指挥尼古拉·拉宾诺维奇、阿尔维德·杨松斯的调教下成长为一支极高水准的乐团。
著名作曲家德米特里·肖斯特科维奇、伊戈尔·斯特拉文斯基、本杰明·布里顿都曾与交响乐团进行过演出，塞尔日·博多、伊戈尔·马科维奇、库特·马舒尔、洛林·马泽尔、叶甫根尼·斯维特兰诺夫、盖纳迪·罗日杰斯特文斯基等一大批优秀指挥家，范·克莱本、斯维亚托斯拉夫·李赫特、埃米尔·吉列尔斯、艾萨克·斯特恩、耶胡迪·梅纽因、大卫·奥伊斯特拉赫、姆斯蒂斯拉夫·罗斯特罗波维奇等独奏家也都与乐团有过合作。
1968年·1976年间，俄罗斯指挥大师尤里·杰米尔卡诺夫成为乐团历史上第四位艺术总监，他在任期间迅速帮助乐团建立起国际声誉。
乐团新纪元
从1977年开始，亚历山大·德米特里耶夫开始领导乐团。在其任职的近40年的时间里，圣彼得堡交响乐团足迹遍布欧美亚，并与大量优秀音乐家进行了成功的合作。乐团完成了亨德尔、马勒、德彪西、拉威尔、斯克里亚宾、奥尔夫等作曲家许多作品在圣彼得堡的首演，同时他们也与许多当代作曲家紧密联系在一起：苏联伟大作曲家安德烈·彼特洛夫还是圣彼得堡音乐学院学生的时候，乐团便首演过他的作品，谢尔盖·斯洛尼姆斯基将自己的第十二交响曲题献给乐团，乐团还在尤里·法力克70岁生日纪念音乐会首演了他的第三交响曲。

St.Petersburg Symphony Orchestra
The history of the ST.PETERSBURG SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA began in 1931 when a small ensemble was organized at Leningrad Radio. Shortly after that, the ensemble grew to the size of a symphony orchestra. The orchestra, performing in the live air format and collaborating with many conductors, called for constant reinvigoration of a program and acquired flexibility in its performing manner. During the World War II Siege of Leningrad, the orchestra of Leningrad Radio was the only symphony orchestra remaining in the blockaded city. In - August 1942, conducted by Karl Eliasberg, this orchestra played the historic Leningrad première of the Seventh Symphony by Shostakovich in the Philharmonia.
In the summer of 1953 it became the second orchestra of Leningrad Philharmonia. Tours were held for the first time, including tours abroad; in 1962-1963 a series of composers concerts were complemented with I. Stravinsky and B. Britten. The orchestra gained fame in the nation as one of the best orchestras to accompany soloists, performing with Van Cliburn, Sviatoslav Richter, Emil Gilels, Yehudi Menuhin and David Oistrakh. In 1968 right after PhD studies at Leningrad conservatory, Yuri Temirkanov joined the orchestra. His activity is related to the rapid growth in repertoire and important tours.
In 1977 the orchestra was taken over by its today's artistic director Alexander Dmitriev. The collaboration of this conductor with the orchestra continues for more than thirty years. It is the first time in the history of this orchestra that an alliance lasts for so long. These years are marked by the awarding of the honorary title "academic orchestra" to the team. The orchestra has toured Europe, Asia, America. It took part in prestigious international festivals ("Arts Square", "Stars of the White Nights", "Prague Autumn", "Swansea", "Canterbury"). The history of the orchestra's performances with guest conductors, composers and soloists is as abundant as ever. The discography of the team was enriched with recordings of all Beethoven's and Schubert's symphonies, and Tchaikovsky`s, Rachmaninov`s, Ravel`s and Britten`s compositions. During the ensuing years in St. Petersburg, the orchestra presented premières of music by Mahler, Debussy, Ravel, Scriabin, Tippet, Orff, Petrov, Slonimsky, Falik, and Pärt. Slonimsky dedicated his Twelfth Symphony to the orchestra · at the concert dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Yuri Falik's birthday the orchestra played the premiere of his Third Symphony.
The orchestra, participated in debut concert of the Conservatory student Andrei Petrov in 1954, half a century later the ensemble played at the first concert in memory of the late composer. The Leningrad Symphony by Shostakovich still plays a significant part in its repertoire. In 2004 it was played in honor of the 60th anniversary of the reversal of blockade. On the 9th of May, 2005 (Victory Day) it was played in the Royal Albert Hall under the baton of Maxim Shostakovich - son of the composer.
亚历山大·德米特里耶夫，音乐总监
俄罗斯人民艺术家亚历山大·德米特里耶夫教授毕业于圣彼得堡（时称列宁格勒）音乐学院指挥系，师从指挥大师尼古拉·拉宾诺维奇。1966年他参加全苏指挥大赛获第二名，后赴维也纳跟随著名指挥教育家斯瓦洛夫斯基学习（1968-1969），回国之后跟随穆拉文斯基继续学习（1970-1971）。1971年开始在圣彼得堡音乐学院任教，同时担任米哈伊洛夫斯基剧院（时称列宁格勒模范小歌剧院）的艺术总监。1977年接替尤里·杰米尔卡诺夫，成为圣彼得堡交响乐团的第五任音乐总监，也是乐团历史上任期最长的一位。

Alexander Dmitriev, conductor
He graduated from Glinka Choir College and the Leningrad State Conservatory, where he studied choir conducting (prof. E. Kudryavtseva) and musical theory (prof.Y. Tyulin). After that Dmitriev enrolled in a graduate course of symphonic conducting, taught by Nikolai Rabinovich. For ten years (1961·1971) he led the Symphony Orchestra of Karelian Radio and Television and at that stage he won the 2nd National Conducting Competition. Then he took an internship at the Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna, Austria under H.Swarovski and K.Osterreicher, whereupon E. Mravinsky invited Dmitriev to join his highly respected Leningrad Symphony Orchestra. In 1971·1977 Dmitriev led the Leningrad Small Opera and Ballet Theatre (Mikhailovsky Theatre today). In 1977, Dmitriev became chief conductor of the St.Petersburg Academic Symphony Orchestra.
Alexander Dmitriev is Professor of the Rimsky·Korsakov St. Petersburg state conservatory (among his pupils: A.Boreiko, V.Altschuler, A.Anikhanov, A.Steinlucht). For many years he has led the Stavanger Symphony Orchestra in Norway. Among his awards are the title of People's artist of the USSR and Winner of the State Prize of the Russian Federation, "Order of Honour of Cultural and Art Merit, in recognition of his longstanding achievements", Honorary symbol "For Merit for Saint·Petersburg" and the Prize of the St. Petersburg Government in Literature, Art and Architecture·2009, in "Musical Performing Art".
