女高音歌唱家达涅拉·德·尼兹将携手瑞士琉森节日弦乐团首次登台上海大剧院，带领观众踏上“从莫扎特到百老汇”的音乐之旅。音乐会曲目以莫扎特的歌剧和百老汇的音乐剧为两大主题，涵盖了莫扎特咏叹调集萃、罗西尼歌剧《塞维利亚的理发师》中的经典咏叹调“多么美妙的声音”、巴托克的弦乐嬉游曲、伯恩斯坦的音乐剧歌曲选段，以及多首选自百老汇音乐剧的经典唱段。在18 世纪歌剧和20 世纪百老汇音乐剧的强烈反差之下，观众将可以欣赏女高音在不同时代的风采。
达涅拉·德·尼兹是国际音乐节和歌剧院舞台上最受欢迎的花腔女高音歌唱家之一。她被《纽约时报》誉为“歌剧界最酷的女高音”，《歌剧新闻》则称她“不仅超凡，更是绝伦！”。她掌握诸多不同的艺术风格，并对各种风格的作品均有着过人的处理，是纽约大都会歌剧院、巴黎国家歌剧院、维也纳国家歌剧院、德累斯顿森帕歌剧院舞台上极具号召力的明星。音乐会的另一主角琉森节日弦乐团则被视作欧洲最杰出的室内乐团之一，于1956年由沃尔夫冈·施奈德汉和鲁道夫·鲍姆加特纳携手创建。高质量的演出、饱满的热情、完美无瑕的“黄金音质”以及乐团所拥有的名琴，再加上乐团一直秉承的悠久传统，这一切都使该乐团与众不同、别具一格。六十多年来，他们的作品涉足从巴洛克到新音乐的不同风格，并且首演了许多新锐音乐家的优秀作品。

Soprano Danielle de Niese will make her debut at the Shanghai Grand Theatre with Lucerne Festival Strings in a unique musical journey from the music of Mozart through to the songs of New York’s Broadway. The concert will showcase Danielle's wide ranging repertoire, including works by Mozart, Arditi, Rossini and the tradition of Broadway musicals, nodding towards the legacy of Leonard Bernstein in the centenary year of the composer's birth in 2018.
As a popular coloratura soprano, Danielle de Niese is welcomed in various music festivals as well as in opera houses. She has been hailed as “opera’s coolest soprano” by New York Times Magazine and “not just a superb performer, but a phenomenal one” by Opera News. A multi-faceted artist, de Niese has gained wide recognition for her superb stagecraft, assured singing and her ability to communicate on every level. She regularly appears on the world’s most prestigious opera and concert stages such as Metropolitan Opera, Opéra de Paris, Wiener Staatsoper, Semperoper Dresden. The Lucerne Festival Strings, one of the most distinguished chamber orchestras in Europe, was established in 1956 by Wolfgang Schneiderhan and Rudolf Baumgartner. The two founders has been devoted to creating the “Golden Sound” of the orchestra whose repertoire has covered different epoches varied from Barock to New Music in the past 60 years. They have also performed many excellent compositions by young musicians.
