阿姆斯特丹木管五重奏
阿姆斯特丹木管五重奏以他们清澈有力而充满独特个性色彩的声音著称。五位音乐家在阿姆斯特丹学习时相识,很快他们对高品质音乐、独特创新曲目和非传统演绎的共同追求碰撞出了阿姆斯特丹木管五重奏。
五重奏的演出足迹遍布荷兰及欧洲各地,特别是阿姆斯特丹皇家音乐厅、鹿特丹De Doelen音乐厅、奈美根卢克斯剧院都有他们的系列音乐会。他们的演出定期由荷兰国家古典音乐电台直播;他们被评论界称为“最传神的、最迷人的五重奏”。除了与深谙古典音乐的听众分享美妙之外,他们特别擅长令那些不甚了解古典音乐的听众就此爱上木管乐器。
2007年,他们有幸受到荷兰女王邀请为皇室演出。他们的出色音乐表现受到现代作曲家的关注,受邀首演荷兰作曲家亨利•凯德(Henry Kelder)、约翰•德维特(Johan de Wit)和约克•范德尔(Joke van Dal)等人作品。
长笛:蒂姆•文特索尔
蒂姆7岁起在德国学习长笛。1998年以优异成绩进入海牙皇家音乐学院,师从名师荷兰长笛家里恩•德海德(Rien de Reede)、蒂斯•霍尔达(ThiesRoorda)和威尔士长笛演奏家艾米丽•贝南(Emily Beynon),最终取得硕士学位。在2001至2002年以全额奖学金赴英国进修。他曾作为独奏家参加荷兰古典音乐节、Gelderse夏季音乐节、斯蒂夫•来客音乐节,并受邀在荷兰艺术节和北海爵士节上演出。
双簧管:玛莱伊•克莱门斯
玛莱伊幼年入选阿姆斯特丹音乐学院“天赋少年”课程,后入海牙皇家音乐学院师从阿里•格伦(Ali Groen)和鲍琳•奥斯顿里克(Pauline Oostenrijk)。21岁时受著名双簧管演奏家罗兰•派赫诺(Roland Perrenoud)及毛里斯•布赫格(Maurice Bourgue)邀请赴日内瓦音乐学院深造,2008年以满分获得演奏证书。她经常受邀与海牙爱乐乐团、林伯格交响乐团、荷兰小交响乐团和北荷兰乐团合作。
单簧管:汉卡•冯杜瑟姆-克鲁特
汉卡自幼擅长钢琴和单簧管两种乐器,在阿姆斯特丹皇家音乐学院学习单簧管后,曾参加德国演奏家拉尔夫•马努(Ralph Manno)、卡尔•莱斯特(Karl Leister)、比利时演奏家罗兰德•亨德里克斯(Roeland Hendrickx)和布里安•波拉德(Brian Pollard)等世界单簧管名家大师课。她目前任北荷兰交响乐团第二单簧管。曾在著名指挥家弗兰茨•与布鲁根(FruansBruggen)、雅普•冯茨威顿(Jaap van Zweden)、兰贝特•德李由(Reinbert de Leeuw)和尼姆•雅尔维(NeemeJarvi)执棒下担任独奏。
法国号:爱伦•巴因斯
爱伦先后在荷兰阿纳姆音乐学院、法国斯特拉斯堡音乐学院学习法国号和原始号,并在鹿特丹音乐学院鲍伯•斯图尔(Bob Stoel)和马丁•范德麦尔维(Martin van de Merwe)门下获得演奏证书。目前任荷兰皇家海军大乐团圆号手。她同时经常受邀与鹿特丹爱乐乐团、阿纳姆爱乐乐团、荷兰交响乐团和荷兰小交响乐团合作。
巴松管:安柏•马利
安柏1985年出生于阿姆斯特丹,12岁开始专业巴松管演奏。她曾分别在荷兰海牙师从约翰•斯坦曼(Johan Steinmann)、在马德里拜师克劳斯•图纳曼(Klaus Thunemann),在柏林师从沃尔卡•塔斯曼(Volker Tessmann),并在乌勒•克里斯蒂安•代勒(Ole Kristian Dahl)指导下获硕士学位。曾受邀以独奏身份与布莱梅爱乐室内乐团、杜塞尔多夫莱茵歌剧院乐团、苏黎世音乐厅管弦乐团、荷兰海牙管弦乐团、新欧洲乐团等合作演出维瓦尔第和莫扎特的协奏曲。

The Amsterdam Wind Quintet is an ensemble with a strong, unique personality. Initiated in 2006 they have been given chamber music concerts throughout Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. The five talented and ambitious musicians met during studies in Amsterdam. It became rapidly clear that this young ensemble was able to create high quality music, with surprising programs and refreshing and unconventional performances.
The five outstanding musicians dedicate a lot of passion and energy to the quintet and create strong and unique quality concerts with a classical base and contemporary influences. In 2013-2014 the Amsterdam Wind Quintet recorded three CDs including world premieres of James Kazik and Johan de Wit.
The Amsterdam Wind Quintet performed in theaters, concert halls but also at several (live) radio broadcasts, e.g. the National Classical Music Radio Station. Performances in Holland’s major concert halls are already in the brief history of the ensemble. They played several times in the Concertgebouw of Amsterdam, De Doelen in Rotterdam and the Lux Theatre in Nijmegen. International festivals such as the Orlando Festival, Festival Classique and Gelderse Music Summer also belong to the list of concerts of the quintet.
Other highlights are the performance for Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands in 2007, world premieres of pieces by the composers Henry Kelder, Johan de Wit and Joke van Dal, and playing a concert for the Rabobank, one of the most prominent banks of Holland.
Flute: Tim Wintersohl
Tim took his first flute lessons at the age of seven in Leverkusen, Germany. In 1998 he started his flute study at the Royal Conservatory of the Hague studying with famous flutists as Rien de Reede, Thies Roorda and Emily Beynon. He received his master degree got in 2006. He also studied from 2001 until 2002 at The Studio of Trevory Wye in Hastingleigh, England.
As a soloist he performed in major festivals such as The International Music Sessions, Gelderse Music Summer, the Steve Reich Festival. As a chamber musician Tim Wintersohl played at Holland Festival, North Sea Jazz Festival, De Suite Muziekweek and world premieres of composers like Martijn padding, JeppeMoulijn and Chen Wagner.
Oboe: Marije Clemens
Marije started her oboe career at the age of eleven when she received her first lesson from Dorine Jansma. With Jansma she developed herself for another two years at the Young Talent department of the Amsterdam Conservatory. In 1999 Marije continued her study at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague with Ali Groen, followed by Pauline Oostenrijk. At the age of 21 she decided to continue her education in Switzerland at the Conservatoire de Musique de Geneve with the famous oboists Roland Perrenoud and Maurice Bourgue. In 2008 she obtained her diploma with the highest score.
Marije has won several prizes as a soloist such as first prizes at the Dubbelriet Concours (1998), the Prinses Christina Concours (2002) and the V Concorso Internazionale de Musica (2005). These prices gave her amongst other concerts, the opportunity to perform as a soloist with in the ‘KleineZaal’ of the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam.
Clarinet: Hanka van Doesum-Clout
At the age of five Hanka received her first piano lessons from her mother. Three years later she started her second instrument, the clarinet. While still in high school Hanka started studying the piano in 1995 at the Conservatory in Maastricht. Four years later she entered the Amsterdam Conservatory with the clarinet as well.
During her education she followed master classes with famous international clarinettists such as Ralph Manno, Karl Leister, Roeland Hendrickx and Brian Pollard.
As a soloist Hanka performed multiple times with the CreaOrkest under conductor Bas Pollard.
French horn :Ellen Bayens
After her first steps in the world of music in 1988 at the Royal Old Harmony Eijsden, Ellen Bayens started her french horn study at the Arnhem Conservatory in 1999 where she studied with Stefan Blonk. She also obtained her doctorate degree in Mathematics. After finishing her studies in Arnhem she left for a year to France, where she studied at the Conservatoire Regional de Strasbourg following Kevin Cleary and natural horn with Jerome Hanar. She returned to the Netherlands were she continued studying at the Conservatory of Rotterdam, being taught by horn players Bob Stoel and Martin van de Merwe. After two years of studying, she graduated in 2007.
Ellen is currently employed as horn player of the Marine Band of the Royal Netherlands Navy. She also played as a substitute with many Dutch orchestras, including the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra, the Arnhem Philharmonic Orchestra, the Amsterdam Symphony Orchestra, the Netherlands Symphony Orchestra and Holland Symfonia.
Bassoon :Amber Mallee
Amber was born in Amsterdam in 1985 started playing the bassoon at the age of 12 in the local wind band.
Since 2004 she has been studying the bassoon in the Netherlands (The Hague, Johan Steinmann), Spain (Madrid, Prof. Klaus Thunemann) and Germany (Berlin, Prof. Volker Tessmann and Mannheim) where she is now finishing her Master-degree with Prof. Ole Kristian Dahl.
Amber was a member of the National Youth Orchestra of the Netherlands and the European Union Youth orchestra. She has worked with several orchestra’s in Germany (Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen, Deutsche Oper am Rhein Düsseldorf), Switzerland (Tonhalle Orchestra Zürich), France (Le Concert Impromptu) and The Netherlands (Residentie Orchestra the Hague, New European Ensemble). As a soloist she preformed concertos by A. Vivaldi and W.A. Mozart.
